Responsibilities

  • On-site Scheduling for existing patients
  • Documenting and Communicating all details of each appointment with the patient
  • Serve as a liaison between patients and medical staff
  • Manage the scheduling queue
  • Maintain scheduling templates
  • Answer incoming scheduling calls
  • Demonstrates an understanding for patient confidentiality to protect the patient and the clinic/corporation.
  • Follows policies and procedures to contribute to the efficiency of the office.
  • Other duties as requested and assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel and Word.
  • Minimum two years of medical business office experience with patient interaction.

Salary:

$23.23 -$27.18
