Summary

Enter the process parameters into RotoMold machine computer, weigh up the necessary powder, operate and maintain molds. Operate any necessary equipment and/or machinery to produce a quality plastic part. Complete secondary operations of plastic parts as required.

Qualifications

Essential Duties and Responsibilities



  • Manufacturing 1 year experience (preferred)
  • Candidates must be at least 18 years old, with solid work experience.
  • Promotes the Company's mission and values-based culture through producing a quality plastic part
  • Productivity: Must be able to accurately identify, process and complete both molding and secondary operations required to make a quality plastic part.
  • Manages: Process, identification, package and storing equipment for inventory in a manner that prevents any damage during transport
  • Use of the necessary equipment, which includes hoist, die grinders, drills, routers, forklift, etc.
  • Reporting: Must accurately report daily production
  • Stamina: Employee can expect long hours on their feet, often in hot conditions. They must be willing and able to work ANY shift, which may include weekends and overtime.
  • Dexterity: Employee would work with their hands, and need to be able to lift or hold heavy items
  • Must be able to visually distinguish different colors
  • Attention to Detail: Paying attention to the job at hand is necessary
  • Quality: This position will have a major emphasis on quality
  • Safety: Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations by all employees
  • Must be able to read and understand the work schedule board, blueprints and capable of meeting daily goals for production
  • Other duties may be assigned by Manager or Supervisor.
