Crisis Program Manager - Full Time, Exempt Island County/San Juan Compass Health is currently looking for a Crisis Program Manager for our Island/San Juan/RNP/Voluntary Team. What you will be performing The Program Manager directs the ongoing operation of behavioral health care services in assigned area, which includes but is not limited to providing clinical and administrative supervision to staff, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of administrative operations, facilitating, and enhancing collaborative relations of all levels of care operating in the assigned geographic region, and scheduling staff coverage to ensure 24-hour service availability. The Program Manager also participates in 24/7 on-call pager rotation and must be able to respond to emergent situations after hours.
