Kickstart your Keysight internship with Keysight Services Portfolio Organization. Ideally, you are in your Junior/Senior year of college pursuing your BA/MS in Electrical Engineering. Come learn about Keysight's test and measurement solutions and the importance of technical training in helping customers achieve their desired business outcomes.

We are seeking a self-motivated individual with an RF engineering background who is passionate about developing digital content and knowledgeable in the latest AI/ML trends and technologies. This is an onsite position at Keysight's Santa Rosa offices.

You will work in a team environment to develop technical training content supporting advanced test and measurement solutions for cutting-edge RF and digital test applications. The ideal candidate will have an electrical engineering background, a strong interest in creating effective training materials to help customers understand Keysight's products, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using GenAI tools is essential.

You will receive comprehensive training on the latest features, benefits, test technologies, and methodologies of test and measurement equipment. With this knowledge and AI-powered tools, you will craft clear and concise training for customers. Our experienced mentors will guide you, providing invaluable insights and support. Additionally, the company offers various platforms to help you acquire the necessary skills or technologies to excel in your field. You will:

• Partner with Product Managers and Subject Matter Experts to obtain the most updated content for customer technical training.
• Collaborate closely with the field training delivery team to gather feedback and adjust training content accordingly.
• Develop highly technical yet visually appealing and easy-to-read content, including videos and imagery, that clearly communicates product benefits while following company guidelines.
• Challenge the status quo and consistently identify areas for improving customer training.

• You are highly motivated to challenge yourself, build on your foundational skills, and broaden your expertise in technology and marketing.
• You know the theory of operation of major test and measurement equipment (e.g., vector network analyzer, signal analyzer, signal generator, oscilloscope), with hands-on experience in electronics testing and instrument automation being a plus.
• You are proficient in using Microsoft PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint platforms, and have a proven track record of content development through college projects, with a passion for technology and engineering topics.
• You are highly responsive and accountable within your team, able to communicate professionally with strong presentation skills and well-written responses to emails, and possess excellent written English language skills with the ability to synthesize concepts.
• You are a self-starter and collaborative team player who thrives in both independent and team environments, always ready to take on new challenges with a growth mindset, and possess strong planning, organization, and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail, an analytical mindset, and good interpersonal skills.

• Minimum Qualifications: pursuing BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or EECS.
• RF Engineering Background: A solid understanding of RF engineering principles and hands-on experience with test and measurement equipment like vector network analyzers, signal generators, and signal analyzers.
• Content Development Skills: Proficiency in creating technical content, including videos and imagery, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in GenAI Tools: Experience using AI/ML tools to work with technical content, with clear, concise, and correct output.

Candidates who wish to be considered must be enrolled in an accredited college/university as of September 2025. Applicants who have graduated before September 2025 will not be considered unless they are entering/applying to an MS or PhD program after graduating.
