Location:Lee Health Corporate Center -4211 Metro ParkwayFort Myers FL 33916 Department: Environmental Safety Work Type: Full Time ; Exempt Shift: Shift 1/7:30:00 AM to 4:00:00 PM Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$22.78 - $29.62 / hour SummaryResponsible for assisting the System Director of Environmental Safety (Safety Officer) in planning, developing, implementing and evaluating a comprehensive system-wide environmental safety management program in order to provide a safe and effective physical environment for all occupants of Lee Health facilities in compliance with applicable local, state, and federal authorities having jurisdiction and health care accrediting organizations. Safety training responsibilities include but are not limited to the seven (7) physical environment management plans' policies and procedures, authorities having jurisdiction and health care accrediting organizations. Requirements Educational Requirements
Minimum associates degree related to safety management/ or 5 years healthcare experience, bachelor's degree preferred. Experience Requirements
