Overview Renewables Wind Director Westwood Professional Services, Inc. Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Market Director in our Renewables Division. The Market Director Manager will join a highly experienced and dynamic team to lead our Renewables Markets (Wind, Solar, Storage, EV) into an exciting sustainable energy future. As the Market Director, Renewables, you will be responsible for leading a sub-market or portfolio of clients within the Renewables Division. Your main focus will be on market strategy, growth, performance, client relationships, and client growth. You will work closely with senior project managers, project managers, and other market staff to ensure the overall success of the sub-market and its clients. Duties and Responsibilities Your key responsibilities will include: Market Leadership: Monitoring the financial health of the market and taking corrective action.

Required Experience (Text Only) - Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or project-related field.
- 10+ years of project management experience in the renewable energy sector. - 5+ years of business leadership experience. - Professional licensure in a technical field or PMP certification (or ability to obtain). - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead issue resolution. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Strong understanding of project and market financial metrics. - Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and drive innovation. - Exceptional oral and written communication skills. - Proficiency in persuasion and negotiation. - Knowledge of forecasting, finance, human resources, and legal aspects of business leadership.
