Role Description:
In keeping with the University's mission, responsibilities will also include participation in the teaching of medical students, residents, and fellows, clinical practice through UMPhysicians, and participation in service activities and quality improvement initiatives on behalf of the department, the medical school, and your profession. In the Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, our mission is to advance and advocate for the mental health of children, adolescents, and families through interdisciplinary collaboration, culturally responsive and evidence-based care, research, and training the next generation of leaders in child and adolescent mental health. Pay and Benefits: This role is dually employed by University of Minnesota Physicians and the University of Minnesota. Total salary is market competitive and based on AAMC salary benchmarks. Clinical salary, aligned with clinical effort, is provided through M Physicians. The base salary range for this position is $227,499 - $288,886 commensurate with experience, qualifications, and cFTE.
