C3 AI is looking for aSenior Sales Operations Managerto refine and execute on our go-to-market strategy. You will be part of a growing Sales and Revenue Operations team and will be tasked with supporting C3 AI's sales and sales operations leadership, partnering with cross-functional teams to identify system, data or process needs that can drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:



  • Collaborate with Finance,Sales, and Marketingto streamline sales processes and manage implementation of necessary solutions. Work across teams to establish and ensure standards across our business applications.
  • Perform leadandpipelineanalysesand sales performance analysesto provideandmake recommendations to increase sales velocity and win rates to management.
  • Conduct regular analysis of pipeline health and velocity to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Partner with marketing and sales on lead generation process as well as assist in building systems to enable automated processing of potential prospects.
  • Assist with territory assignments andaccount assignments.
  • Generate and maintain detailed documentation of policies and processes.
  • Analyze lead generation sources, conversion rates, and lead-to-opportunity progression to identify areas for optimization.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve lead qualification processes and increase lead-to-opportunity conversion rates.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics related to lead generation, pipeline development, and sales activities.


Qualifications:



  • 6+ years of experience in SalesOperations.
  • Experienceconfiguring and administeringCRM applications (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales)andsupportingbusiness processes such aslead qualification and opportunity management.
  • Experience in supporting a global sales team at a public SaaS company.
  • Experience with reporting tools such asPowerBI or a similar product.
  • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year university.
  • Astrong team player with a positive, service-oriented attitude who drives processand reportingimprovements.
  • Aresourcefulself-starter andahigh achieverwhopossessesthe initiative toinvestigatethe details and interpret the impact of key business drivers.
  • Excellent multitasker who has strong time and project management skills tomeet deadlineson projects that include multiple review points and iterations.
  • Strong communicator, both written & verbal; reliable and responsive to email and phone communications.
  • Highest level of integrity and good judgment with the ability to effectively deal with highly sensitive, confidential information.
