Position Summary |
The Director of Youth Programs is an operational manager that oversees, develops, and manages the youth programming portfolio of summer camps and a trio academic competitions. The director of youth programs is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of all programs including partnership/program development, enrollment management, budgeting and revenue management, expense management and the securing of external funding through grants and contracts. The position involves a high degree of project and program management to ensure programs meet the highest quality standards, highlight the University, and invoke best practices in youth development while maintaining a safe and supportive environment. The position directly manages a team of two full-time youth professionals, seasonal part-time instructors, and temporary staff required to execute program delivery. |

- Provide year-round support in conjunction with the youth program coordinator to maintain, manage and support the daily tasks associated with running and managing youth programs.
- Oversee annual revenue goal budget in excess of $900,000 in support of organizational mission.
