We are in search of a detail-oriented Director of Business Development to join our growing team. Director of Business Development Responsibilities: Cold-calling and emailing potential leads and attending networking events to gain new business. Communicating with all levels of stakeholders within facilities and healthcare organizations to identify staffing needs and solutions. Attending conferences, site visits, and trade shows, as needed. Exceptional presentation, sales, and time management skills to generate a pipeline of leads through various channels. As the Director of Business Development, you will work across our Acute, Post-Acute, and Allied Health divisions. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of healthcare staffing sales experience, no other industries will be considered. Strong communication skills. Professional presentation skills.
