About the Role As a Senior Business System Analyst, with a techno-functional purpose, having hands-on implementation/upgrade engagement experience and support background in one or more Oracle cloud ERP modules like Fusion SCM and Manufacturing. This role will Interface with Procurement, Legal, Corporate Shared Services, Manufacturing, Planning, Customer Service, Sales and Product Management, and other internal support organizations to address questions about the use of Oracle Fusion Cloud. You will have in-depth knowledge of Planning, Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, and Strategic Sourcing functions. As a subject matter expert on Oracle Fusion modules supporting Demand to Deliver and Procure to Pay workflows, on an ongoing basis, advise business stakeholders on the effective use of Oracle Fusion Cloud features and functionality.Additionally, this role may Serve as an initial point of contact for stakeholders needing support for straightforward administrative functions (e.g., updating approval routings, adding/changing supplier representative's contact information, updating suppliers' Oracle Fusion Cloud Business Classification data); providing excellent, timely client service in the resolution of requests, either directly or in consultation with Financial Technology team, to ensure efficient day-to-day operational procurement; facilitate the development of business rules and coordinate validation of inventory planning policies and operating constraints. Lastly, this role will educate others about process strategy and approach for how processes will be developed and maintained and provide consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance.
