Short Description Working closely with physician leaders and other administrative leaders in the Center for Healing, the Director of Programs will lead programmatic activities within the Center for Healing including complex multi-year programs involving internal stakeholders, as well as stakeholders at the state, county, and local levels. The Director will plan for and develop the workflows and programmatic activities to accomplish overall goals of grant award(s) including planning project activities, monitoring project activities, and continuous quality improvement activities. The Director of Programs is responsible for liaising with funders, external partner agencies, and departments with Cooper University Health Care including Finance and Government Relations.
