Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.
____________________ Brief Description Pay $21/hr. Several factors are considered when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role responsibilities, candidate's work experience, skills and education. Rexlon lab associate is responsible for meeting all requirements with respect to prepping, coating, and inspection of parts. Key Accountabilities Mixing and applying Rexlon coating to product. Grit blasting to prep parent material prior to application. Inspection of parts to ensure conformance to quality standards. Basic operating in the machining cell Input data into visual management forms and convey results to management as required. Continuously improve processes, procedures, and eliminate waste. Perform other related duties as assigned. Desirable Experience, Capabilities and Success Factors At least two (2) years experience in general Assembly operations. Ability to work with small parts. Ability to work with small details. Ability to use inspection microscope. Ability to follow verbal instructions. Ability to communicate with employees and management in a positive manner. Per ITAR requirements you must be a US Person (US Citizen or a Permanent Resident Card Holder).
