Technical Service Owner *
Own end-to-end engineering design and implementation for the service *
Lead and manage the delivery team, including day-to-day coordination and execution - prioritize *
Partner closely with Product, Architecture, and Engineering stakeholders *
Point of contact to coordinate Affinity tech teams with CW engineering - prioritize *
Drive Scrum ceremonies and ensure strong delivery discipline - Important Core API Skills *
AS400 / API Skills Required (good to have) - prioritize *
.Net Core, REST API design - endpoints, versioning, status codes - Important *
OAuth 2.0 / JWT authentication and API key management / RBAC *
OpenAPI / Swagger contract documentation *
JSON and XML payload handling and schema mapping - prioritize *
Salesforce REST API and platform event integration - Not a priority Architecture & Messaging *
Service-oriented / microservices communication (good to have) *
IBM MQ message bridging between AS400 and modern services - not used *
AS400 REST exposure via IBM Integrated Web Services (IWS) *
Insurance carrier API integrations (quote, bind, rate) - prioritize *
API Gateway concepts - rate limiting, throttling, routing *
ETL and data transformation from DB2 for i to JSON Testing & Quality *
Functional API test design and execution (good to have with contract testing) *
Consumer-driven contract testing *
API performance and load testing *
