Schedule/Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM; onsite
Pay:$42.00 - $47.00 per hour

Job Summary
The Campaign Trafficking Operations Specialist will support day-to-day creative trafficking and campaign operations across global paid media campaigns. This role will coordinate creative delivery timelines, maintain campaign documentation and workback schedules, and help ensure creative assets meet platform specifications and campaign requirements. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with creative trafficking or ad operations platforms, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and changing deadlines with accuracy.

Job Responsibilities



  • Attend campaign and creative release meetings to track upcoming launches, flight dates, and creative requirements.
  • Maintain centralized documentation of creative specifications and requirements across vendors and media platforms.
  • Build and maintain workback schedules that track creative delivery deadlines against campaign launch dates.
  • Communicate creative timelines, deadlines, and scheduling changes to media buying teams and internal marketing partners.
  • Coordinate receipt of creative assets and verify that materials are delivered in the correct format and within established timelines.
  • Support creative trafficking and ensure tagging and naming conventions are applied accurately.
  • Review campaign and creative information for tracking or trafficking discrepancies and escalate issues to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Provide basic creative recommendations based on platform specifications and established best practices.
  • Support campaigns across display, video, native, social, programmatic, OTT, and other digital media channels.
  • Maintain accurate campaign records and documentation.
  • Manage multiple campaigns and shifting timelines while meeting established deadlines.


Job Requirements



  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with creative trafficking, ad operations, or digital campaign operations.
  • Experience with creative trafficking or ad operations platforms such as CM360, Flashtalking, or Innovid.
  • Familiarity with creative formats, specifications, and requirements across display, video, native, social, programmatic, and OTT platforms.
  • Understanding of creative tagging, naming conventions, tracking requirements, and trafficking workflows.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in creative and campaign information.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns, deadlines, and changing priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with media planning, buying, marketing, creative, and other internal stakeholders.
