FRONT OFFICE MANAGER - SpringHill Suites Corona

Twenty Four Seven Hotels
24 To 28 (USD) Hourly
vision insurance, paid time off, sick time, 401(k)
United States, California, Corona
Oct 03, 2026

At SpringHill Suites Corona, we're looking for a hands-on Front Office Manager who loves hospitality, develops people, and understands that great guest experiences are created one interaction at a time.

This isn't a behind-the-desk management role. We're looking for a leader who is visible in the lobby, engages with guests, coaches in the moment, and helps a team build the confidence and consistency needed to deliver an exceptional Marriott experience.

The right person will bring strong front office operations experience, but just as importantly, will be a teacher, coach, and role model for the team.

What You'll Do
  • Lead from the front, with a visible and engaged presence in the lobby and guest areas
  • Set the expectation for warm welcomes, guest recognition, efficient check-ins, and genuine hospitality
  • Coach and develop Front Desk associates through observation, real-time feedback, and ongoing training
  • Help associates build confidence and proficiency with Marriott systems, standards, and service expectations
  • Identify training gaps and create practical ways to improve performance and consistency
  • Monitor guest feedback and service results, identify trends, and turn them into actionable coaching and operational improvements
  • Lead service recovery and empower associates to confidently resolve guest concerns
  • Reinforce Marriott Bonvoy recognition, enrollment, and elite-member experience standards
  • Partner with Housekeeping, Engineering, Breakfast, Sales, and hotel leadership to create a seamless guest experience
  • Manage Front Office scheduling, labor productivity, departmental costs, and operational priorities
  • Participate in the Manager on Duty program and remain actively involved in hotel operations
  • Recognize great performance, celebrate wins, and help create a team culture where associates understand how their work impacts the guest
What We're Looking For
  • Previous hotel Front Office leadership experience required
  • Marriott brand experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with Marriott systems, including Power of M, highly preferred
  • A strong trainer and coach who enjoys developing people with different learning styles and experience levels
  • Someone who notices the details: the guest waiting to be acknowledged, the associate who needs support, or the process that is slowing down service
  • Confident handling guest concerns and turning difficult experiences into positive ones
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
  • Comfortable balancing guest experience, associate development, and operational performance
  • A leader who is willing to jump in alongside the team when the lobby gets busy
The Leader We Think Will Thrive Here

You're energized by being around guests and associates. You don't manage exclusively from an office. You naturally notice when someone walks through the door, and you teach your team to do the same.

You enjoy taking an associate who may be struggling and helping them become confident and successful. You believe standards matter, but you also know that hospitality is more than following a checklist.

Most importantly, you understand that great service is a habit, and you know how to build those habits through presence, coaching, accountability, and recognition.
