Organizational Culture and Engagement; Program Coordination and Services The Organizational Culture and Engagement Department works across Pew to advance institutional cultural and engagement priorities. Program Coordination and Services supports the program department's 40-plus projects to make Pew's work more efficient and effective. The team partners with operations units to strengthen people management and reporting structures; refine program's management of budgets, grants, and contracts; and implement systems to guide Pew's work as the organization continues to evolve. Position Overview The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, discreet, and skilled at balancing competing priorities across senior leaders and their respective teams. Strong judgment, communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs and work independently are essential. The Senior Administrative Assistant reports to the Senior Director, Program Coordination and Services, and will be based in Pew's Washington, DC, office. This role participates in Pew's core in-office days on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with the flexibility to work from home the remainder of each week. Responsibilities

Salary Range United States Pay Range: $68,600 - $76,700The salary range represents a reasonable estimate of the annual salary based on Pew's commitment to provide equitable and market-competitive pay. The actual salary offered will take into consideration many factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills and experience, internal pay equity, and business need.
