Job Description
Kearney & Company is currently seeking a Training and Development Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team in Dayton, OH and various other locations in the U.S. to serve as a key member of the Defense Enterprise Accounting Management System (DEAMS) Deployment and Training Team in support of Data Visualization. The successful candidate will lead the design, development, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs for financial data visualization tools (primarily dashboards) at Department of Air Force bases. This role serves as the subject matter expert for both content and instructional methods, ensuring that training materials and sessions empower end users to maximize the value of dashboards and data analytics. The SME collaborates with deployment teams, dashboard developers, and command stakeholders to assess training needs, develop curricula, and deliver both in-person and virtual training. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law.
