Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM-11:30 PM | Overtime as needed

• Operate manufacturing equipment including injection molding presses, CNC machines, and lathe-type slicers.
• Use manual and pneumatic tools such as ratchets, hex wrenches, and box-end wrenches.
• Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout production runs.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and make minor adjustments as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and production requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with additional production duties as assigned.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Experience operating CNC machines, injection molding equipment, or similar manufacturing machinery is highly desired.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely use hand and pneumatic tools.
• Ability to read work instructions, production schedules, and basic technical documentation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to monitor equipment for proper operation.
• Ability to perform quality inspections and maintain production standards.
• Commitment to workplace safety, attention to detail, and dependable attendance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience performing machine setup, tooling changes, troubleshooting, or preventative maintenance is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality systems, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate mechanical ability, reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality are well positioned for success as a Machine Operator.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Lift and move up to 35-40 pounds routinely.
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
• Steel-toe boots and safety glasses required.
