Maintenance Technician - (Direct Hire)

Pay: $38-$45/hr

Shifts Available: 1st Shift & 2nd Shift

Employment Type: Direct Hire


Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Technical training in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Systems, Mechatronics, or related field preferred
  • CNC machine tool factory technician training is a plus


Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience troubleshooting and repairing CNC controls, drives, motors, and mechanical assemblies
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
  • Working knowledge of single-phase and three-phase electrical wiring
  • Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, electrical schematics, and mechanical drawings
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and preventative maintenance skills
  • Commitment to workplace safety and maintenance best practices


Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, and reach throughout the shift
  • Lift and move up to 50 lbs. regularly and over 100 lbs. occasionally with assistance
  • Ability to work in manufacturing environments with noise, moving machinery, vibration, fumes, and airborne particles
  • Capable of working both indoors and outdoors as needed
  • Must be able to wear required PPE, including safety shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection


Job Duties

  • Perform preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance on CNC machines and production equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair CNC controls, motors, drives, electrical systems, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and mechanical components
  • Replace machine parts, maintain fluid levels, and ensure equipment cleanliness and reliability
  • Execute preventative maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and production efficiency
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules with supervisors and department managers
  • Perform machine setups, inspections, diagnostics, and emergency repairs as needed
  • Maintain facility equipment and assist with general building maintenance both inside and outside the facility
  • Follow all company safety policies, spill response procedures, and OSHA regulations
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate equipment status to production teams
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and reliability
