Warehouse Department Manager (Direct Hire)
Shifts Available: 1st Shift & 2nd Shift

Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, or related field preferred
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, or distribution experience
- Previous leadership experience supervising and training warehouse associates and hourly employees
- Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations
- Experience managing productivity, safety, employee performance, and workflow in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in manufacturing, distribution, or high-volume warehouse environments preferred
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse environment
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, and monitoring warehouse operations throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
- Ability to safely navigate warehouse equipment, inventory storage areas, and shipping docks
Job Duties
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Supervise, train, coach, and develop warehouse personnel to ensure productivity and efficiency goals are met
- Monitor workflow and staffing levels to support customer demands and production schedules
- Ensure accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipment of materials and finished goods
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper tracking, auditing, and inventory control procedures
- Enforce company safety policies and OSHA standards to maintain a safe work environment
- Coordinate with operations, production, and transportation teams to ensure efficient material flow
- Evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, productivity, quality, and cost efficiency
- Prepare reports and maintain operational records as required
