Pay Range: $90,000+ based on experience.

Corporate Position | Based in Tucson, Arizona

Periodic travel to Arizona and Wisconsin facilities

POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a practical, business-minded Business Analyst to help us make better use of our information as we continue to grow. This role will work across Sales, Operations, Finance, Quality, HR, and leadership to organize data, improve reporting, support projects, and help teams make informed decisions.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable digging into numbers, asking questions, and working directly with people throughout the business. The right person does not need to make things overly complicated-they should be able to take information from different areas, make sense of it, and turn it into useful reports, recommendations, and improvements.

The position will be based in Tucson, Arizona and will support our locations in Arizona and Wisconsin. Periodic travel will be required based on projects and business needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze business data across Sales, Operations, Finance, Quality, and HR to support strategic decision-making.
  • Create, maintain, and optimize dashboards, KPIs, reports, and business intelligence tools to improve company visibility and performance tracking.
  • Support sales operations by managing RFQs, quotes, pipeline reporting, backlog analysis, forecasting, and customer opportunity tracking.
  • Develop cost models, profitability analysis, budgeting tools, and forecasts to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Support capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects through ROI analysis, business case development, project tracking, and performance measurement.
  • Lead and support cross-functional projects focused on process improvement, system implementation, workflow optimization, and data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify trends, uncover opportunities, mitigate risks, and improve business performance.
  • Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and recommendations using data-driven insights.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, analytics, information systems, operations, or a related area preferred; relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree.
  • Approximately 3+ years of experience in business analysis, financial or operational analysis, sales support, reporting, project coordination, or a similar role preferred.
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data, reports, and spreadsheets.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and experience with reporting or dashboard tools preferred.
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, Power BI, or similar business systems is helpful but not required.
  • Manufacturing or industrial experience is preferred, especially in a growing, multi-location company.

WHAT WILL MAKE SOMEONE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

  • Curious and willing to ask questions to understand how the business really works.
  • Able to take a large amount of information and turn it into something clear and useful.
  • Comfortable working with both leadership and employees on the floor.
  • Organized, dependable, and able to keep several projects moving at once.
  • Good problem solver who looks for practical solutions instead of making things more complicated than they need to be.
  • Comfortable working independently while also partnering closely with different departments.
  • Clear communicator who can explain numbers and findings in everyday business terms.
  • Flexible and comfortable in a company that is growing and continuing to build its processes and systems.
  • Trustworthy with confidential company, financial, customer, and employee information.

TRAVEL & WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • This is a corporate position based in Tucson, Arizona.
  • Periodic travel to facilities in Arizona and Wisconsin will be required for projects, meetings, process reviews, training, and other business needs.
  • The role is primarily office-based but will regularly involve time in manufacturing and production areas.
  • Employees must follow all applicable safety, PPE, security, and facility requirements while in production areas.
