We're looking for aPrincipal Technical Program Manager, Procore for Government to join Procore's Product & Technology Team. Procore software solutions aim to improve the lives of everyone in construction and the people within Product & Technology are the driving force behind our innovative, top-rated global platform. We're a customer-centric group that encompasses engineering, product, product design and data, security and business systems. In this Principal Technical Program Manager role, you'll accelerate the release of new products into Procore for Government by building the operating model and change management processes that let us serve federal and public sector customers at the speed our commercial products move. You'll partner with engineering, product, security, compliance, support, and go-to-market teams to drive the delivery of the latest features in our government solutions. Use your leadership and working fluency in FedRAMP, compliance frameworks, and software change management, to shorten the distance between a feature being functional, being compliant, and reaching our government customers. This position reports into the Sr. Director, Procore Zones and will be based in our Austin, TX office. This position requires US citizenship to work on FedRAMP-compliant projects. Base Pay Range: 198,240.00 - 272,580.00 USD AnnualThis role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation.
