Your main responsibilities

Provide administrative assistance in the functional areas within responsibilities pertaining to Field andSales operations. Areas include accounting, purchasing, computer operation (all phases, especially SAP)and all related office procedures coordinating new sales and modernization within the field operations, aswell as rendering customer satisfaction.


Essential Function
* Implement or maintain systems in support of activities such as, data entry ofbilling, scheduling and payroll, order processing; maintain proper permits,and any general order information via SAP entries. Interface with field staffregarding, receiving and distribution of all notices of schedule; maintainorder logs; provide flow of delivery dates; preparation of manuals;coordinate delivery of materials as necessary and complete maintenance ofcustomer base via SAP system. Maintain all necessary schedules as well as
provide data entry support of field service paperwork via SAP system. Prepare and distribute all SAP reports each month as directed by manager.


* Review all billing to assure description of work is clear and complete andmodify as needed. Include all required customer authorization informationwith all invoices. Assure all billing is approved by either a manager or salesrepresentative before sending to customer.


* Answer questions for all field service technicians and handle customerissues.


* Support leadership within the department to accomplish change, implementquality improvements, and give direction to other administrative employees.Provide technical assistance and training and expand computer utilizationand new methods within the region. Provide direction, guidance and trainingto all other administrative personnel within the District/Branch.


* Perform Administrative tasks such as: copying, filing, compose and typeroutine correspondence, prepare outgoing mail, including email and faxes,maintain contact/address database information, screen phone call and greetvisitors. Responsible for maintaining various files, records, logs, andmanuals for Field Operations and preparation of required reports.

BaseSalary$53,900 - $67,300


The above represents the typicalsalaryrange for this position. Revisions to the range may be considered based on your experience, education, location, demonstrated skills, and alignment with business priorities. Please note that the compensation listed reflects only basesalaryand does not include commissions or longer-term incentives.
