  • Coordinate across government, contractor, technical, financial, and program stakeholders to support program priorities and execution.

  • Track actions, priorities, deliverables, and other program activities to help ensure efforts remain aligned and moving forward.

  • Develop and maintain program documentation, status updates, briefings, reports, and decision-support materials for government leadership.

  • Support meetings, working groups, and stakeholder engagements by coordinating inputs, documenting decisions, and tracking follow-up actions.

  • Assist leadership with identifying program risks, issues, dependencies, and emerging requirements.

  • Provide flexible and responsive support as program priorities and mission needs evolve.

  • Use Microsoft Office tools and Microsoft Teams to support collaboration, communication, analysis, and reporting.

  • Quickly learn new technologies, mission areas, processes, and concepts needed to effectively support the RTSO team.

  • Work closely with teammates and government stakeholders to deliver outcome-focused support to the client.

What You Bring
  • 10+ years of professional experience supporting the Department of Defense.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting program management, acquisition, or related DoD organizations.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work directly with government leadership and adapt support to changing program priorities.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple actions and priorities simultaneously.

  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of an integrated team.

  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies, concepts, and mission requirements.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Teams for collaboration.

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Active Secret clearance.

Nice to Have
  • Experience supporting U.S. Navy programs, particularly within NAVWAR, PEO C4I, or PMW environments.

  • Experience with Navy SIGINT systems or programs.

  • Business Financial Management experience.

  • Spend plan development, management, or execution experience.

  • Active TS/SCI clearance.

  • Master's degree.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

  • Agile certification or experience working within Agile program environments.
