JOB SUMMARY Working under the supervision of the Director of International Affairs (OIA), the Assistant Director coordinates the daily office operations, ensures compliance with regulations, manages staffing, prepares, and manages budget, and provides comprehensive reports. Supervises daily operations of managers, immigration advisors and staff, and oversees office workflows and timelines set by the director. Oversees the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to immigration and the development and oversight of office technology, data, systems, and practices to ensure compliance with federal regulations and reporting requirements. EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION Required
Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
7 years of immigration advising experience, specifically with J and H visas Proven track record of successful managerial experience in an academic international office.
Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident in order to meet federal requirements for PDSO and RO.
Master's Degree in a related field.
Experience working in an academic medical center. JOB DUTIES
