The Shipping Associate is responsible for the accurate and timely preparation, packaging, and shipment of finished goods and materials. This position supports warehouse and logistics operations by ensuring customer orders are processed correctly, inventory transactions are completed accurately, and shipments are delivered according to established schedules. The Shipping Associate works closely with production, warehouse, and customer service teams to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. What You Will Experience in This Position Shipping Operations

You Have * Be able to work overtime during the week and on weekend when necessary * Communicate with internal and external customers * Willing to learn Lean processes and practices * Be able to read/write in English * Be able to use Microsoft Office (ie.. Excel) * Have at least 4 years' experience in a shipping environment Work Environment

This position supports warehouse and logistics operations by ensuring customer orders are processed correctly, inventory transactions are completed accurately, and shipments are delivered according to established schedules. The Shipping Associate works closely with production, warehouse, and customer service teams to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. This position is temporary for three months. The need for the role will be evaluated after the three-month period. Based on business needs, at the end of those three months, the employee will return to their original position. | |
