Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated, innovative, and technology-minded Human Resources Intern to support key HR transformation, talent, employee experience, and digital enablement initiatives. This role offers broad exposure across multiple HR disciplines while providing opportunities to drive projects focused on process improvement, workforce analytics, AI adoption, automation, and HR technology optimization. The intern will partner with HR and business leaders to identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience, streamline operations, and leverage data to support strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate is a naturally curious and analytical problem solver who challenges the status quo by asking thoughtful questions, uncovering root causes, and translating complex challenges into practical, scalable solutions. They are comfortable working with data, exploring emerging technologies, and utilizing AI-powered tools to improve productivity and decision-making. A passion for continuous improvement, strong business acumen, and an interest in how technology can transform the future of HR are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive HR transformation and continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating existing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, and enhance HR service delivery.
  • Leverage HR technology, AI, and automation tools to improve productivity, data quality, employee experience, reporting capabilities, and operational effectiveness.
  • Support the design and implementation of an enhanced onboarding experience by assessing current processes, identifying automation opportunities, and developing scalable workflows, job aids, training materials, and communications.
  • Contribute to talent and organizational development initiatives, including leadership development programs, learning curriculum design, talent management processes, and benchmarking of best practices.
  • Utilize HR data and analytics to generate actionable insights by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting workforce data to identify trends and support business decision-making.
  • Support internship and early-career talent programs, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement initiatives, development programming, events, communications, and program effectiveness assessments.
  • Assist with Talent Acquisition and employer branding initiatives, including recruitment marketing, candidate sourcing, resume review, interview coordination, candidate communications, and onboarding activities, while exploring opportunities to enhance recruiting efficiency through technology and AI.
  • Conduct research and benchmarking on emerging HR trends, technologies, AI applications, employee experience, talent management, learning and development, and workforce practices to support strategic HR initiatives.
  • Develop process documentation, standard operating procedures, process maps, job aids, and knowledge resources that improve consistency, scalability, knowledge sharing, and operational excellence across the HR function.
  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders on special projects that advance workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and digital transformation objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HR technology, AI, process improvement, people analytics, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, Workday, or other HR systems is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate processes, analyze data, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to translate data and insights into clear reports, presentations, and recommendations.
  • Demonstrated curiosity, continuous improvement mindset, and enthusiasm for learning new technologies and challenging the status quo.
  • Strong attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently and within cross-functional teams.
