As a Project Engineer, you will support the delivery of transportation and municipal water resources projects while developing technical expertise in hydrology, hydraulics, drainage design, stormwater management, and floodplain analysis. Position Summary: The Water Resources Project Engineer is responsible for supporting the planning, analysis, design, and delivery of drainage, stormwater, floodplain, and transportation projects. Working under the guidance of experienced project managers and technical leaders, this position provides an opportunity to develop both technical and project delivery skills while contributing to a growing Water Resources practice. Working Conditions Work is performed within a general office environment 95% of the time. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment. Field work is required on occasion where work may be conducted outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. Some lifting (up to 25 lbs) may be required as needed.
