Job Posting: This role combines payroll administration with benefits management, acting as the strategic contributor to paychecks and employee benefits. The analyst oversees the entire employee cycle - from wage calculation to benefits enrollment - while analyzing data, recommending policy improvements, and ensuring system efficiency.
