Overview Omega Technical Services is seeking an experienced Lead Drafter to support Idaho National Laboratory's Materials and Fuels Complex. This position will prepare, revise, and check engineering drawings and models, working independently from notes, sketches, and general instructions. The successful candidate will bring strong Creo proficiency, advanced geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) skills, and experience checking the work of other drafters. The Drafter will help reduce an existing drawing backlog, mentor less experienced personnel, and support the quality and accuracy of drafting deliverables. Work will be performed remotely, with occasional travel onsite to support at MFC as needed. This position is contingent upon contract award and/or project funding. Candidates may be identified, screened, and submitted prior to award. Employment offers and start dates are dependent upon successful contract award, funding authorization, and client approval. Prepare complex engineering drawings and drawing revisions, including 2D line work and 3D models, in accordance with company procedures and nationally recognized standards. Education Requirements
