Purpose: Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer at American Modern, the Strategy Office department drives the strategy development and execution process, leading and tracking strategy initiatives, including potential Mergers & Acquisition projects. Furthermore, the department oversees the CEO Office, namely managing the Executive Management Board meetings, acting as a support function for the CEO in preparing for board meetings, strategy presentations, external & internal speaker assignments. This position reports directly to the Head of Strategy, Innovation & Digital, supporting the execution of these initiatives. Roles & Responsibilities:
