Position Title: Hose Assembly
Wage: $17.00 - $19.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 6:30am - 3:00pm Looking for a hands-on career? Join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Kaukauna, WI assembling custom hose products with precision, teamwork, and attention to quality. Apply today! Hose Assembly Responsibilities: - Assemble hoses, belts, clamps and other products to customer specifications - Use crimpers, saws, slitters, small presses and hand tools - Follow blueprints, drawings and written work instructions - Pressure test and inspect for quality - Perform daily machine and equipment inspections - Assemble large industrial hoses and clamp assemblies (hoses can be 30-50 lb and up to 8 feet) Requirements for Hose Assembly: - High School Diploma or GED - Minimum 1-3 years general warehouse or manufacturing experience in a manufacturing environment - Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook knowledge) - Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills - Mechanical aptitude - Understanding of customer drawings and industry standards - Understanding of job sequencing and deadline's requirements - Problem solving and decision-making skills - Able to balance positive culture and teamwork environment - Able to lift up to 50lbs QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
