Imaging & Procedural Business Operations Manager
Overview Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center is an independent, nonprofit organization providing adult cancer treatment and groundbreaking research focused on cancer and infectious diseases. Based in Seattle, Fred Hutch is the only National Cancer Institute-designated cancer center in Washington. The Imaging & Procedures Business Operations Manager serves as a key financial and business partner to Diagnostic Imaging and Procedures leadership, providing comprehensive financial, contracting, and operational planning support across the department. This role supports all Imaging & Procedures Directors by managing budgets, contracts, capital planning, and business analyses while strengthening financial acumen and decision-making across the leadership team. The Manager collaborates closely with clinical, operational, and physician leaders to ensure fiscal stewardship, sustainable growth, and alignment with organizational strategy. This position will be 1.0FTE/full-time, Monday-Friday. The expectation is that this individual will be onsite the majority of the time, at our South Lake Union location in Seattle, WA. Responsibilities
Lead financial and business support for Diagnostic Imaging and Procedures, including operational and capital budget development, variance analysis, forecasting, and financial reporting in partnership with departmental leaders.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $120,931.00 to $191,131.00, and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications. This position may be eligible for relocation assistance.
