The primary states this role will focus on are Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts. Strongly prefer candidates in the Northeast. Summary: The Director, State Government Affairs is responsible for developing and executing state government affairs strategies for an assigned region of the United States in alignment with Lundbeck's strategy and the priorities of the State Government Affairs function. The role builds and maintains strategic relationships with Governor's offices, state legislators, regulators, health agency officials, trade associations, and other external stakeholders to advance Lundbeck's policy priorities, support patient access to therapies, and foster a favorable business and reimbursement environment. Reporting to the Senior Director, State Government Affairs, the Director serves as a key advisor on state legislative, regulatory, and political developments within the assigned region and works cross-functionally to assess business implications, recommend strategies, and coordinate advocacy efforts. The range displayed is a national range, and if selected for this role, may vary based on various factors such as the candidate's geographical location, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Salary Pay Range: $230,000 - $255,000 and eligibility for a 25% bonus target based on company and individual performance, and eligibility to participate in the company's long-term incentive plan.
