Now Hiring: Materials and Supply Chain Coordinator Location: Batavia, OH Pay Rate: $33.00 - $37.00 per hour Schedule: Full-Time Keep production moving and make an immediate impact. We are seeking an experienced Materials & Supply Chain Coordinator to support purchasing, inventory management, sourcing, shipping/receiving, and supply chain operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Qualifications High School Diploma required Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Experience in purchasing, procurement, inventory control, supply chain, or materials management Background in manufacturing, fabrication, automotive, or industrial environments preferred Experience with purchase orders, vendor management, and ERP or inventory systems Working knowledge of BOMs (Bills of Materials) and inventory tracking Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Job Duties Source and purchase parts, materials, supplies, and equipment Create and manage purchase orders and vendor relationships Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate material records Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments Track delivery schedules, backorders, and supply chain disruptions Coordinate returns, warranty claims, exchanges, and vendor credits Support production schedules by ensuring material availability Maintain organized inventory storage and documentation Collaborate with production, project management, and operations teams Physical Capabilities Ability to move throughout warehouse and production areas Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting materials as needed Ability to handle shipping and receiving activities Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Commuter/Parking Accounts People Perks Program Health Savings Account (HSA) AD&D Insurance This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented supply chain professional who enjoys solving challenges, managing inventory, and keeping operations running efficiently.
