Job Duties

• Operate digital production printing equipment, including Konica Minolta AccurioPress systems.
• Review job tickets, proofs, production specifications, and deadlines prior to production.
• Set up and run print jobs according to customer and production requirements.
• Load paper and specialty media while ensuring proper machine settings.
• Perform print quality inspections, calibration, registration checks, and color verification.
• Monitor production for print defects, alignment issues, color consistency, and image quality.
• Verify completed quantities and job accuracy before release to finishing or shipping.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and maintain adequate production supplies.
• Troubleshoot basic machine, feeding, image quality, and operational issues.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating digital production printing equipment.
• Konica Minolta AccurioPress experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with Fiery Command WorkStation or similar print workflow software.
• Experience operating Duplo DC-618 or comparable digital finishing equipment.
• Understanding of commercial printing processes and production workflows.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
