Experience Requirements Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment experience required. Experience operating a sit-down forklift in a warehouse environment preferred. Forklift certification is a plus or the ability to become certified. Experience with inventory control, warehouse management systems (WMS), shipping software, pick/pack operations, and material handling preferred. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to workplace safety. Physical Capabilities Lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing 50+ lbs regularly. Stand, walk, bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift. Operate warehouse equipment and a sit-down forklift safely. Work in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment. Wear steel-toe footwear and follow all company safety requirements. Job Duties Pull, pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately for shipment. Verify products, quantities, and shipping information against order documentation. Package, label, and stage completed orders for outbound delivery. Receive incoming shipments, inspect materials, and verify inventory accuracy. Load and unload trucks using a sit-down forklift and other material-handling equipment. Move products between storage, production, and shipping areas. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and physical inventories. Process shipping and receiving transactions using warehouse software systems. Keep warehouse, inventory, and staging areas organized and clean. Follow OSHA regulations and company safety procedures while meeting productivity, quality, and on-time shipment goals.
