Pay Rate: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule: 7 AM - 4 PM or 8 AM - 5 PM

Job Duties

• Operate the Canon Arizona 2360 XTF UV Flatbed Printer safely and efficiently.
• Review job tickets, artwork, specifications, quantities, materials, and deadlines before production.
• Prepare and process digital files using RIP/workflow software.
• Load, position, and secure rigid and flexible substrates for printing.
• Configure print settings for proper size, orientation, color, resolution, and quantity requirements.
• Perform nozzle checks and print quality verification prior to production runs.
• Monitor jobs throughout production to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous large-format printing experience.
• Experience operating UV flatbed printing equipment.
• Canon Arizona printer experience preferred.
• Familiarity with RIP software and print workflow systems.
• Experience in signage, graphics, display, or commercial print production environments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to read and interpret production specifications and measurements.
• Basic troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to manage multiple jobs and changing priorities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive production activities.
• Ability to safely lift and handle large-format materials up to 50lbs
• Ability to work with oversized and heavy substrates.
• Comfortable working in a production and manufacturing environment.
