Location: Katy, TX

Pay Rate: $18-18.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 11 PM-5 AM, 10 PM-6 AM

Looking for Truck Loader jobs in Katy where every shift keeps products moving? This opportunity lets you handle materials safely, support warehouse operations, and help ensure inventory reaches the right place at the right time.

Education Requirements


  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • OSHA safety training or warehouse certifications are a plus.
  • Valid forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain certification.


Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of warehouse, logistics, shipping, loadout, or material handling experience.
  • Experience operating sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks required.
  • Knowledge of load verification, inventory documentation, bills of lading, and shipping procedures.
  • Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and warehouse best practices.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.


Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
  • Comfortable working in warehouse, industrial, and outdoor environments.
  • Must be able to work in varying weather conditions and around moving equipment.
  • Ability to safely operate material handling equipment for extended periods.


Job Duties

  • Load trucks according to work orders, shipping schedules, and customer requirements.
  • Verify load accuracy, product specifications, and shipment weights before dispatch.
  • Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, conveyors, loaders, and other loadout equipment.
  • Monitor loading operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Communicate with drivers, dispatchers, and supervisors regarding shipment status and issues.
  • Complete shipping paperwork, load tickets, bills of lading, and inventory records.
  • Inspect loading areas, trailers, and equipment for cleanliness and safety.
  • Follow OSHA, DOT, and company safety regulations at all times.
  • Report equipment malfunctions and assist with maintaining an organized work area.
