Education Requirements



  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and quality documentation.
  • Basic computer skills required for manufacturing systems, production tracking, and electronic documentation.
  • Ability to work in an FDA-regulated manufacturing environment and follow cGMP requirements.


Experience Requirements



  • Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing, production, machine operation, or industrial equipment experience required.
  • Experience operating, troubleshooting, adjusting, and maintaining production machinery.
  • Experience using computers and manufacturing software within a production environment.
  • Experience performing quality inspections, product sampling, and production documentation preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and mechanical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to accurately complete production records and documentation.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.

Physical Capabilities



  • Ability to stand for up to 12.5-hour shifts with scheduled breaks.
  • Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 37 pounds occasionally.
  • Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and repetitive hand and arm movements.
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing facility where hearing protection may be required.
  • Ability to safely perform duties in a safety-sensitive position.


Job Duties



  • Set up, operate, monitor, and maintain automatic packaging equipment used in the production of consumer products.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues, make adjustments, and perform minor repairs to maximize production efficiency and minimize downtime.
  • Perform quality inspections, product sampling, and documentation to ensure products meet customer, safety, and quality standards.
  • Utilize manufacturing software systems, scanners, and production tracking tools to accurately record production data and inventory transactions.
  • Follow all safety policies, cGMP regulations, and manufacturing procedures while supporting efficient production operations and maintaining a clean work environment.
