Job Duties



  • Inspect and verify gravure presses and related equipment for compliance with statutory and contractual quality requirements.
  • Perform Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) to ensure the machine meets design and performance specifications before delivery and installation.
  • Conduct laboratory testing and visual inspections of printed outputs for colour accuracy, registration, and defect detection.
  • Provide certification that the gravure machinery and its output meet agreed quality standards.
  • Offer technical inspection for components such as plate cylinders, inking systems, and drying units.



Education Requirements



  • High school diploma or GED required.



Experience Requirements



  • 1+ years of machinery experience



Preferred Qualifications



  • Relevant knowledge and experience as a Gravure Machinist



Physical Capabilities



  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform inspection activities throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift products or materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.
  • Ability to use precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment with accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain visual focus and attention to detail while inspecting products in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
