Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Schedule: Multiple Shifts



  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Mon-Thu
  • 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM, Mon-Thu
  • 3rd Shift: 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Sun-Wed

Education Requirements

  • Ability to adapt to changing production needs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


Physical Capabilities



  • Ability to stand and move throughout the shift.
  • Frequent use of hands for handling materials, trimming products, and packaging finished goods.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move production materials up to 50lbs as needed.
  • Capable of working in a manufacturing environment while maintaining safety and quality standards.


Job Duties



  • Operate molding equipment to manufacture high-quality rubber products.
  • Verify correct materials, tooling, and press settings before production runs.
  • Weigh and measure raw materials according to production specifications.
  • Inspect molded parts for quality and identify defects.
  • Trim finished products as needed to meet quality standards.
  • Accurately count, package, and prepare products for shipment.
  • Follow production schedules, safety procedures, and quality requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
