Quality Assurance Administrator

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Additional training or coursework in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Manufacturing, or related fields is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality documents, and technical drawings.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, QMS Administration, or related administrative support roles.
• Experience maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS) and controlled documentation.
• Familiarity with audit preparation, CAPA processes, non-conformance reporting, and calibration tracking.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other standard office software applications.
• Strong organizational, recordkeeping, and document control skills.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 30 lbs.
• Capable of alternating between sitting and standing throughout the workday.
• Ability to perform computer-based tasks for extended periods.
• Must be able to work in a manufacturing or production environment while following all safety procedures.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening required.

Job Duties

• Provide administrative and technical support for the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Maintain and control quality documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, blueprints, inspection reports, CAPA records, and non-conformance documentation.
• Coordinate and maintain calibration schedules for measuring and testing equipment to ensure compliance.
• Support internal and external quality audits, including document preparation and follow-up activities.
• Monitor customer certification requirements and track expiration dates to maintain compliance.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and quality assurance processes to support manufacturing excellence.
• Ensure accurate recordkeeping and compliance with company, customer, and industry quality standards.
