Schedule: 1st Shift | 7 AM - 3 PM | Monday - Friday

Are you organized, tech-savvy, and enjoy helping others? We're looking for a temporary Project Support & Training Coordinator to assist with a software implementation project. This role will involve updating documents, entering data, supporting employees with system access, and providing one-on-one training and support. Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, communication, and organizational skills are required. This assignment is expected to last 4-6 months.

Job Duties



  • Update, edit, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other company documentation.
  • Enter and organize information within the Cornerstone learning management system.
  • Assist with the implementation and rollout of Cornerstone and Redzone software.
  • Provide one-on-one support to employees during software setup and onboarding.
  • Assist employees with password resets, account access, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Help train employees on the use of Cornerstone and Redzone platforms.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure information is entered correctly and efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with employees and management throughout the implementation process.
  • Perform additional administrative and project support duties as assigned.



Education Requirements



  • High School diploma or equivalent



Experience Requirements



  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable training and assisting employees one-on-one
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to learn new software and systems quickly
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent



Preferred Qualifications



  • Previous administrative, training, project support, or data entry experience
  • Experience updating procedures, work instructions, or documentation
  • Experience supporting software implementations or employee training

  • Candidates should be able to safely perform the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
  • Ability to transition between computer-based tasks and in-person employee support throughout the workday.
