Location: Fayetteville, AR

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Schedule: Rotating 12 hours shifts from 6am to 6pm or 6pm to 6am.

Job Duties

• Set up and operate assigned production machinery
• Monitor machines throughout the production process and make adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished product for quality, accuracy, and defects
• Follow production specifications, work instructions, and safety procedures
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report mechanical problems when needed
• Keep machines and the work area clean and organized
• Complete required production and quality documentation
• Work closely with other team members to meet production goals
• Perform basic machine maintenance and other duties as assigned

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent preferred but not required

Experience Requirements

• Experience operating manufacturing or production equipment.
• Ability to read work instructions, production schedules, and basic technical documentation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to monitor equipment for proper operation.
• Ability to perform quality inspections and maintain production standards.
• Commitment to workplace safety, attention to detail, and dependable attendance.
• Manufacturing or machine operating experience, computer skills and mechanical inclination.
• Be able to read tape measure and pass measurement test.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous machine operation, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience is preferred.
• Experience performing machine setup, tooling changes, troubleshooting, or preventative maintenance is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality systems, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate mechanical ability, reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality are well positioned for success as a Proofing Operator.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 60lbs pounds.
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
