Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    The position will support procurement, resource scheduling, records management, budget and cost tracking, and coordination among project personnel and supporting organizations.
  • Additional responsibilities will include assisting with procedure revisions, process improvements, issues tracking, and corrective actions.
  • Dedicated operational support will help maintain consistent documentation, timely follow-through, and clear communication while allowing technical staff and management to focus on their primary project responsibilities.


Education and Licensure

  • Minimum Education Requirement: A high school diploma is required for this position.


Skills, Experience and Qualifications

REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 2 Years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. (required)
  • The work involves supporting established processes under the direction of a supervisor, team lead, or manager, applying entry-level operational knowledge, and assisting with moderately complex problems.

  • This position will support PIT INFRA's project objectives while maintaining safety, security, quality, and accountability.

  • Due to federal contract security requirements, this position requires U.S. Citizenship. (required)
  • Due to federal contract security requirements, candidates must be able to successfully pass a federal background investigation to secure and maintain DOE Q security clearance. (required)
  • Health & Safety training, medical monitoring, and client-driven drug and background testing. (required)
