The Assistant Director of Career Development Opportunity The Assistant Director of Career Development delivers a comprehensive career development model for undergraduate and graduate students and assists in the development of industry-specific career pathways. Working closely with administration, faculty, recruiters, alumni, student organizations, and students across multiple undergraduate and graduate programs, this role provides one-on-one career advisement, develops and delivers professional development programming, and supports the achievement of program goals and successful post-graduation outcomes. The Assistant Director tracks and reports employment outcomes using established industry standards, builds and maintains strategic relationships with key stakeholders, and partners with college leadership to assess program effectiveness through data-informed continuous improvement efforts. The selected candidate will work fully onsite during the initial onboarding and training period, with the possibility of a hybrid work arrangement thereafter based on business needs and supervisor approval. Core business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with the specific schedule determined in collaboration with the supervisor.
