THIS IS A SECONDED ROLE, LOCATED ON-SITE AT A CLIENT FACILITY IN LANCASTER, CALIFORNIA The Senior Project Manager provides strategic leadership and direction for the successful delivery of underground mining projects, serving as a key Worley representative embedded within a client organization in Lancaster, California. This role is seconded to the client and is responsible for supporting project execution, ensuring alignment with Worley and client objectives, contractual commitments, and project delivery requirements. Working closely with client stakeholders, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams, the Senior Project Manager oversees project planning, execution, risk management, and performance while ensuring excellence in safety, quality, schedule, and cost outcomes. The role requires strong underground mining execution experience, leadership skills, and the ability to operate effectively within a client-facing environment. Purpose To lead and support the execution of complex underground mining projects while serving in a secondment capacity at a client facility in Lancaster, California. The Senior Project Manager acts as an integrated member of the client's project team, providing project leadership, execution oversight, risk management, and stakeholder coordination to ensure successful delivery of project objectives.
