Purpose Worley is seeking a proven project leader with experience delivering large, complex mining projects, including brownfield and greenfield developments, major capital projects, and associated infrastructure. The successful candidate will provide direction and project management to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with contractual obligations. This role defines project goals and develops strategies to achieve them; establishes a thorough understanding of client objectives, contract requirements, and Worley policies and procedures; and plans, organizes, directs, and controls projects in accordance with Worley-approved systems, processes, and requirements. The role provides leadership to project personnel through subordinate leaders and fosters a culture aligned with Worley's values. Project Managers demonstrate the leadership capabilities necessary to successfully deliver project objectives. This position typically manages a single large or mega project, or multiple complex projects/programs that may include significant technical, commercial, or execution risk. Applying broad business and project delivery knowledge, the Project Manager develops practical solutions and drives successful outcomes. The role requires the ability to identify opportunities, challenge conventional approaches, and implement innovative concepts related to technical and functional project requirements. Solutions are developed through the interpretation of complex information, collaboration with stakeholders, and consultation with subject matter experts. The Project Manager typically manages work through Project Leads or other Project Managers and may serve as Proposal Manager for large or mega projects. Responsibilities:
